Aria Finance announce the successful completion of its biggest bridging loan since the merger of Enterprise Finance and Vantage Finance in 2022. The landmark deal, totalling £31 million marks a significant milestone in Aria Finance's ongoing commitment to delivering innovative and high-value solutions for their clients.
The loan, which includes a £28.6m bringing facility alongside a top up VAT bridge, was structured to support a prime commercial development project in Edinburgh by Shawbrook's expert structured real estate finance team led by Piragash Sivanesan. The multifaceted nature of the deal required a tailored approach, showcasing Aria Finance's expertise in handling complex, high-value transactions.
The deal was led by Ari'a Sales and Commercial Director, Joe Aston, who worked closely with Shawbrook to navigate this bespoke solution.
