Their existing unsecured credit commitments were costing around £1,300 per month. The goal was to reduce this monthly outlay while accessing additional funds to complete the works. 

Our Solution

We sourced a lender with a streamlined underwriting process that did not require consent from the first charge lender. An Automated Valuation Model (AVM) was accepted helping to expedite the process. By ensuring we had all documentation upfront, we submitted a fully packaged case on the morning of4th June. The mortgage offer was issued the same day at just over seven hours later and the case completed within 48 hours.
