Joe helped Aria Finance achieve over £500 million in specialist property funding last year. In addition to his company

sales responsibilities, he also manages his own high net-worth client pipeline.

Involved in complex, high-value property lending cases. Joe’s customer first approach makes him a critical part, and

leader of the Aria team.

With over 7 years at Aria, Sonal is the Head of Seconds and First Charge Residential, specialising in creating

flexible lending solutions for homeowners aiming to leverage their property equity.

Sonal's expertise and knowledge in second charge lending have enabled me to assist borrowers, whether

it's transforming properties, easing credit commitments, or facilitating family members' homeownership journeys.

Kevin has almost two decades of experience in the finance industry, with much of his time working on specialist lending

requirements, and nine years at Aria Finance.

During this time Kevin has built a wealth of experience and understands the comprehensive nature of the finance markets,

and complex specialist lending.

With a focus on Buy-to-Let, Commercial and Semi-Commercial, Kevin looks to support clients who are new to the sector,

and professional investors.
