The specialist finance broker facilitated c.£75m worth of lending last month across buy-to-let, second charge, development finance, commercial, bridging and residential.
It is firm's highest loan total since the Aria brand was born out of a merger between Vantage Finance and Enterprise Finance in October 2022, just weeks after Liz Truss' ill-fated mini-Budget.
While Aria has always been a high-net-worth and high-value specialist, the broker completed an impressive 8 loans above £2m, with the highest grossing facility being £19.5m with another at £17.7m.
While Aria has only existed as a brand for less than two years, it is considered one of the UK's lending specialist distributors.
The two firms which merged to create Aria, Vantage Finance and Enterprise Finance, both had over 20 years of experience in the specialist finance market.
Lucy Waters, Managing Director of Aria Finance, says: "We are delighted to announce that we achieved a record month in June, especially at a time of continued marked uncertainty.
"That is all thanks to the hard work of the team here at Aria, who never fail to provide the sort of quality service that our broker partners have come to expect from us.
"Their unwavering commitment to finding solutions for even the most complex of cases is what sets us out from our rivals and is the reason why we are one of the market's leading specialist distributors.
"We set high expectations for ourselves but, more importantly, we deliver on them - and that is what we will continue to strive for."
