Case study: Aria Finance completes Commercial Buy-to-Let where other broker failed

 This case study demonstrated how we were able to assist a client who had been struggling to find a lender for the refinance of a split-level one-bedroom flat.

The Client:

The client was a portfolio landlord that held his properties in a limited company.

The Situation:

The client was looking to refinance a split-level one-bedroom flat. However, as a result of the size of the property (31sqm) and the fact that it backed onto a commercial unit, the client had been struggling to find a lender that was comfortable with the circumstances. Adding to the complexities of the case, was the fact that the property had originally been a cash purchase.

Our Solution:

We were able to identify a specialist lender that was able to accommodate the client's circumstances.
